We Seek Relations With Other International States To Peacefully Put An End To Colonialization. We Desire To Unify With Our Brothers And Sisters Abroad To Maintain International Peace And Security, Protect Our Human Rights, Establish Humanitarian Aid To Each Other To Sustain Further Development Within Our Territories And To Uphold International Law And The Treaty Obligations With Other Foreign Nations And Intergovernmental Organizations.
